Maggie Gyllenhaal and her little girl Gloria Sarsgaard, 4, look like a perfectly matched mother and daughter. The indie actress has always had an off-beat style and today she’s wearing a cat print blazer by Stella McCartney (so it cost a pretty penny) as she walks Gloria to school in Brooklyn. Her unexpected combination is reflected in Gloria’s layered look. Soon Maggie will be too busy to walk to school because she’s starring in HBO’s new series The Deuce with James Franco. The series, set in the ‘70s and ‘80s, documents the rise of the porn industry in New York, until HIV changed everything. Richard Price (“The Night Of”) is a contributing writer, so we have high hopes for this one.
