Lady Gaga might be the only woman on earth who would wear this dress- and we bet she didn’t pay for it. Certainly it’s a loaner from a designer looking for publicity. Even Gaga wouldn’t PAY to look balloonish. The frock is not flattering from any angle but it IS good for a laugh. We’re not sure how it’s built inside and can’t help but wonder what happens when – or if she CAN- sit down. She must have a big ball of fabric on her lap. Probably designed by a man with a wicked sense of humor…
