Travis Barker’s documentary on Hulu, Louder Than Fear premieres August 13 on the streamer , and to celebrate the release, his wife Kourtney Kardashian gave him a very special gift – flying lessons! Ever since surviving the devastating 2008 private jet crash that killed four people, Travis refused to ever fly again – until Kourtney finally persuaded him to get over his fears. Understandably, he’s still not the most comfortable passenger although he’s taken numerous flights , thanks to Kourtney. To help put his mind to rest, Kourtney feels learning how to actually FLY an airplane might help Travis conquer those remaining fears. She arranged private lessons with a top instructor. No one expects Travis to actually become a pilot , but Kourtney feels this is the next step in his journey of becoming comfortable on airplanes.

Ooof! Yeah that dime store remi wig isnt doing her any favors. She must have had to leave in a hurry that day. Flight lessons can be a double edged sword for those with ptsd. In some respects it can give a sense of control, other times it can exacerbate the trauma. I hope Travis finds what works for him after enduring that tragic, terrible crash. Also, I’m disappointed people are knocking his ink. As someone who’s body is also “one big tattoo”, Ink tells the story of the wearer. Travis has been through a lot. He deserves some respect for still being here. Not all decisions were great, but they are his to make. His body, his choice.
