The Balenciaga show is always a big deal during Paris Fashion Week and Katy Perry showed up to support the luxe brand in what appears to be a luggage-inspired cocktail dress. Or is it a dress for traveling? The front features a strappy backpack and a series of fanny packs, duffel bags and briefcases. All those zippers indicate that a lot could be stored in those pouches.
