JOHN GOODMAN AND JOHN SLATTERY: FACES ON THE WALL AT SARDI’S

There’s something sweet about that old tradition of restaurants having caricatures of celebrity customers on their walls. The Brown Derbys in Hollywood did it, and The Palm, but the only place carrying on seems to be Sardi’s in New York in the theater district. John Goodman and John Slattery are starring on Broadway in the surprise hit revival The Front Page and they were honored by having their faces added to the wall of caricatures. Note that the drawings are a LOT more flattering than they used to be!

  1. Flattering? They don’t even look like them! They need to put their names on them so people know who they are.

  2. It over exaggerated bobble heads are way better; PP is correct the portraits above are not flattering.

  3. Both great actors.

Something about both of them that gives me the creeps.
