Savannah Guthrie returning to co-host the Today Show was a top story this week and here’s the latest on that.  My source claims that while it’s not being revealed, Savannah isn’t fully committed to returning to the grind of hosting a morning show full time.  The kidnapping (and very likely murder) of her mother Nancy has made Savannah rethink her life’s priorities, and devoting so much time to work didn’t make the top of her list.  For the time being, working on the show is a much needed distraction, but my source says Savannah is leaning toward a reduced work schedule for the future.

The U.S. Military announcement that it would automatically begin registering Americans for the draft in December was newsworthy, but don’t expect President Trump’s son Barron to be on that list.  According to my source, draft dodger Donald (he claimed to have spurs in his feet- whatever that is) is making sure Barron is exempt  from service because he’s the son of a President.  Since Barron will still be in the required age range (18-25) after Trump leaves office, Donald is secretly issuing the exemption so his son won’t have to register.

The premature death post of Michael J. Fox erroneously reported by CNN was in the headlines and here’s what we know.  News sources frequently pre-write memorials for famous people so they’re prepared when they pass, but this time it was an intern who posted the story in error.  CNN was mortified by the mistake, and quickly took it off of their forums – they also privately reached out to Michael J. Fox to apologize.  For what it’s worth, they also sent him a lavish floral arrangement as an apology.

Natasha Lyonne was kicked off a Delta red-eye flight hours after the Euphoria season 3 premiere, and here’s what we know.  The actress, who has been very open about her battles with sobriety, is claiming she was just suffering from exhaustion, but some friends close to her aren’t buying that story and they fear the worst.  That’s why privately her inner circle is secretly planning an intervention with the goal of urging her to get to rehab.

Our Ashley Hamilton exclusive was in the news as TMZ claimed it as THEIR exclusive.  The story was picked up everywhere, but we had it first and now we have the latest update.  It’s a miracle, but Ashley somehow pulled through and is recuperating.  He’s not in the best of health to begin with, and the drug overdose was nearly fatal. He was on life support and his mother Alana flew in from her home in Palm Beach, Florida, to be by his bedside.  He’s expected to survive and is already texting friends.  We can tell you once he’s released from the hospital he’s going to have a full- time sober companion.

Ariana Grande was talked about when it was revealed she’s gearing up to release a sizzling summer album – her first since March of 2024.  We can tell you this.  Ariana is going all  out to make it a huge hit, and that means a LOT of collaborations, including a top secret one with her buddy, Taylor Swift.  Other collaborators are rumored to be Justin Bieber and her Wicked costar Cynthia Erivo.

Kayne West’s comeback was another point of discussion this week as the rapper sold out two LA concerts, but then got banned from performing in the United Kingdom. Here’s what we know.  Behind very closed doors, the singer is begging his former mother-in-law, Kris Jenner, to use her countless connections to help him continue on his comeback.  It’s one thing to sell out two shows in LA, and it’s another to be forgiven on the global stage.  Kris is torn – she wants the best for Kayne, but also hasn’t completely forgiven him for the vile things he’s spewed about her and her family.  So for the time being, she’s taking a “wait and see” approach, but at least she is speaking with him – so that’s a positive thing.
