Every year Heidi throws the biggest Halloween party in New York and she always tries to out-do herself in costume. The pair arrived at her yearly bash in a horse drawn carriage, but we wonder how the rest of the night went. How much fun could they possibly have in these rubber masks and elaborate costumes?
