ELTON JOHN: WORST DRESSED THIS WEEK
Years ago we were fascinated by Elton John’s shopping habits – we used to write about him going to the pricey Maxfield store and buying almost EVERYTHING they had in his size (he was slimmer in those days.) Elton loved designer clothes and his stage outfits were flashy and creative and fun. He also wore beautifully tailored clothes off-stage. WHAT HAPPENED? We just saw this photo of Elton exiting his private plane in Australia and he looks awful. That shiny, clingy tracksuit reminds us of the way middle aged Russian men dressed in the 90’s. And those clunky white designer shoes on top of it! Elton definitely looked better when he was a shopaholic…
