If more 24 year olds dressed like Ed Westwick on Gossip Girl, the world would be a better place. How clean and appealing he looks! Granted, he is dressed by expert stylists, but wouldn’t it be nice if guys wanted to emulate him the way female viewers want the same dresses worn on the show. If we never see another man in a baseball cap or hoodie, or ugly sneakers, we could live happily ever after…

I am an American living in the UK for the past 7 years, and I assure you that many of the men here dress like this character is dressed. It doesn’t cost them any more than the way American boys dress, and it’s so nice to look at. Of course, it took a bit of getting used to as I first assumed everyone dressed this nicely was gay, but it turns out they’re most often straight. It’s a nice place to be a single girl 😉
