Cher is hoping to turn back time and return to court to convince a judge to grant her conservatorship over her troubled son Elijah Allman.  Just last year, Cher was unsuccessful in trying to get control over her son and his finances, but after he reportedly nearly overdosed, she’s heading back to court and plans to file a new case.  My source says that Cher is hoping to taking a different approach this time, and she’s  working with doctors in hopes of persuading a judge that Elijah is a danger to himself and needs to have someone making decisions for him. While Cher would still like to be appointed conservator, she’s now open to the idea of an unbiased professional taking control over her son’s life – anything to get him back on track…
