You know things are bad when Charlie Sheen offers to help! Who can forget when Charlie went off the rails and was ranting about tiger blood, winning, and all things crazy. Charlie cleaned up his act and got the help he needed and now he wants to pay it forward and help Ye, formerly known as Kanye West. According to an insider, Charlie is concerned about Kanye, and having gone down a similar path of crazy, he wants to help him get his life in order. They have some mutual friends and while many of their beliefs don’t align, Charlie still feels bad for Kanye and has reached out to help. CAN he?
