CELINE DION’S LIFE WILL GO ON
How Celine Dion managed to carry on and perform with her husband Rene Angelil slowly dying is a mystery. We have to give her a lot of credit. Apparently Celine didn’t tell their 3 sons that their father was terminally ill. When doctors gave him the bad news he insisted Celine return to work after she took off a year to care for him. His doctors didn’t expect Rene to survive until Christmas but he did. Celine arranged to have a lavish Christmas celebration for the family. She’s been performing in Las Vegas since September, dreading this awful moment. Rene, 73, died today. It must be something of a relief at this point. We feel for her.

This was a great marriage, partnership and friendship. He was very supportive of her career and she needed to entertain the masses. She had more than most women — who are in long-suffering marriages. Rene RIP!!!!!
