GREG PLITT: THE STEROIDS MADE HIM DO IT!

greg-plittcut

The more we read about the death of TV bodybuilder Greg Plitt, the more we think steroids were responsible for his gruesome finish. Police say he was filming action shots running along the train tracks for his motivational website when he was struck by a train. His friends admit that he tried to act like Superman and liked to push things to the limit. “There was nothing he couldn’t do!” He had no permit to be on the tracks and didn’t think he needed one. He was no genius and the drugs made him feel invincible. Just look at Greg’s face and body and it’s apparent he’s pumped up. Steroids stimulate violence and superhuman confidence it’s as simple as that. A tragic and shamefully avoidable loss.

WHEN HE GETS OUT OF REHAB, THE SITUATION DOESN’T WANT YOU JUDGING HIM

Jersey Shore’s Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is apparently in rehab but his reps insist he is merely “at an undisclosed location for rest and recuperation” due to his grueling schedule. The late Elizabeth Taylor is the only person we know of who would check into a hospital when she was tired. Insiders say Mike has a “too much nightlife” cocaine and sleeping pill problem which is exactly what we expected, and explains his odd behavior. (Could steroids be involved in this also?) He probably doesn’t want to admit it because people will be scrutinizing his indulgences when he gets out, but, hey, it IS good for the upcoming sixth season ratings!

MICKEY ROURKE : BACK IN THE RING

Uh-oh! Looks like someone besides Sylvester Stallone has been gobbling Human Growth Hormones – or SOME kind of questionable supplements. Mickey Rourke, 51, plays a flamboyant aging wrestler in his new movie called “The Wrestler.” His blonde character, called Randy “The Ram” Robinson, is loosely based on Hulk Hogan and Steve Austin. Ironically the role was originally intended for Nicolas Cage.

SYLVESTER STALLONE SHOULD AVOID RILING UP JANICE DICKINSON

We’re thinking Sylvester Stallone would have been smart to ignore Janice Dickinson’s comments about his doing steroids and “shooting her up with them” too. Back in the early 90’s when Janice and Sylvester were dating, Sly WAS hugely muscled and around that time he was hospitalized with some kind of heart problem that was supposedly caused by performance enhancing drugs. (And don’t forget his recent smuggling problem.) He’s obviously still irked with Janice for fooling him into thinking her daughter Savannah was HIS. (He did pay Janice’s rent back then and a LOT of her bills including the hospital expenses.) He walked out when DNA proved the baby wasn’t his. Now that Sly has called Janice a LIAR, he’s stirred up a hornet’s nest of aggravation for himself. She’s not going to shut up about it and who cares if he did steroids, anyway?

BUSTA RHYMES AND DR DRE NO LONGER SHOP IN THE XXXL DEP'T

We’re noting a style trend among rappers and we’re not sure if it’s good or bad. As we recall, hip hop singers used to wear really baggy oversize pants and shirts that allowed them to eat whatever they wanted and never think about their weight. Skinny or fat – it was all hidden under XXXL tent-like shirts. But over the years, steroids have gained popularity and some performers have CHANGED a lot. Busta Rhymes (top photos) went from a skinny guy hopping around to an intimidating powerhouse with Popeye arms. And recently Dr Dre showed off his fifty pound weight loss and new muscular physique. Now they wear tight clothes. They LOOK good, but are they subject to ‘roid rage?
