VICTORIA BECKHAM IS HAVING FINANCIAL PROBLEMS TOO!

It’s almost consoling to hear that even Victoria Beckham is having financial setbacks. Her fashion business racked up record losses last year of almost 15 million dollars. In fact, during the past four years, her company suffered 52 million in losses! Last year, a “mystery shareholder” believed to be her husband David, invested almost 20 million dollars in the shaky business. Victoria just got a loan from an investment company of almost eight million dollars to keep the business functioning. She’s HOPING she won’t have to give up controlling interest in her namesake company.

AT LEAST ONE OF DAVID BECKHAM’S KIDS IS INTERESTED IN PLAYING SOCCER

David Beckham’s three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz, have all given up the idea of playing soccer – and David says it’s “heartbreaking.” But all is not lost – his daughter Harper, 7, is VERY interested. She plays every Sunday with kids her own age, with dad proudly watching. David takes her to the Women’s World Cup Championship soccer games every year (above) and she loves it. Who knows what will happen?

THE FIRST FAMILY OF FASHION STRIKES AGAIN

The style conscious Beckhams are pictured here walking out of Victoria Beckham’s successful Fashion Week show in London. Cruz, 13 (green and white jacket) has his mother’s face and his father’s hair – a winning combo. Romeo, 16, is already a fashion dandy with his overcoat and long chain. Harper, 7, is bouncing with enthusiasm (and pertly dressed in a black kilt and sweater) and Brooklyn is keeping an eye on his model girlfriend Hana in red pants.

THE BECKHAMS EXTEND THEIR FASHION EMPIRE

It’s the First Family of Fashion – at least some of them. Victoria Beckham and her son Brooklyn and his model girlfriend Hana Cross attended the Kent & Curven show at Men’s Fashion Week in London for a good reason. David Beckham is a partner in the business producing “reimagined British Classics.” In fact, the flat cap that Brooklyn is wearing was David’s contribution – his grandfather wore the same style. OF course Victoria is wearing a sharp suit from her own collection.

CAN YOU IMAGINE GOING TO A NIGHTCLUB WITH YOUR MOTHER? BROOKLYN BECKHAM CAN.

This photo got us to thinking: how many cool young guys have you seen at nightclubs with their MOTHERS? Most guys would be horrified at the prospect! But in Brooklyn Beckham’s case, it’s not so awkward. HIS mother, Victoria Beckham, is appropriately attired (no doubt even better than most of the young girls.) AND she’s probably a magnet because British girls are big fans of Victoria and her clothing store. She’s about as hip as a mom can be. Brooklyn, 19, and Victoria, 44, were at Laylow nightclub in Notting Hill to for a Haig Club whisky party (David is brand ambassador)

THE BECKHAMS: FIRST FAMILY OF FASHION

Victoria, David, and Brooklyn Beckham almost stole the show at the Louis Vuitton Fall 2018 menswear show in Paris. They sat in the front row in support of their friend – designer Kim Jones – who is leaving the label after designing for seven years and attracting a huge younger customer base. Brooklyn, 18, posted a video of the show online for his friends.

You don’t often see Victoria Beckham in a t-shirt (although it IS Louis Vuitton) worn with her signature BIGpants at the airport, but her attire is becoming more casual. (And is that a teensy smile?) She used to fly in tight fitted suits with high heels and it could NOT have been easy. Today is her birthday and two hours after she arrived at LAX, her husband David arrived from somewhere with all their kids. Just in time to celebrate.

David Beckham brought all the kids to his wife Victoria Beckham’s New York fashion show. Victoria launched her collection in 2008 and has been working and expanding the brand successfully every year. The New York fashion world has given her a warm welcome and luxury stores across the country feature her designs. Maybe she expanded just a little TOO fast – her company was showing almost a 4 million pound loss in 2016 until David invested 5.2 million of his own money. Wealthy husbands come in handy…

MORE MEN LOOKING LIKE DAVID BECKHAM IS NOT A BAD THING

If you wouldn’t mind having your boyfriend look more like David Beckham, check out his new men’s clothing collection called Modern Essentials at the very affordable H&M website or store on September 28. Beckham is that rare athlete who actually LOVES fashion. To lighten things up, H&M also featured Kevin Hart in funny ads for the collection. Now David and Victoria can compete to see who is the more successful designer.

WILL VICTORIA BECKHAM EVER LEARN?

Victoria Beckham, 41, enjoyed another successful showing of her fashion collection in New York (It’s been eight years now) but you’d never guess it by her demeanor. Her whole family sat in the front row next to Anna Wintour to cheer her on. Afterward the Beckhams went out to lunch together (above) and little Harper, 4, showed off her style in a Burberry coat with gold buttons. Despite her success, Victoria still seems VERY self-conscious about how she looks in photos and she comes off looking self-absorbed and unpleasant. People who know her find her friendly and fun, so we hope she gets over this photo-phobia. A pleasant look on her face would be a nice change. It helps to be a LIKEABLE designer.
