They ARE both British, but Billy is a wild and sexy iconic 80’s rocker, and China is an educated and beautiful, socialite. She has also dabbled in acting and modeling. Since they hooked up, she has been taking the never married Billy to all kinds of social events – art gallery openings, charity events and fashion shows – places we’ve never seen him before.
