This morning they taped the finale of Rockstar Supernova and just as this site predicted, LUKAS is the winner! We’re doing our victory dance! We thank all the supportive readers who never doubted we were right. Now aren’t all you readers who vociferously scoffed at us a bit ashamed? Especially Dave Navarro, who insisted we were just guessing and attempted to belittle this site by saying we were “no Perez Hilton.” We may not be Perez, but YOU Dave, are no Tommy Lee either! Sorry to rub it in, but we were 100% RIGHT, Dave, when we named the winner back on August 27. We realize CBS is not happy about the leak that the winner was actually chosen quite awhile back, and it may raise questions about how fair the contest really was. But that’s YOUR problem. We’re just here to inform our readers!

Don’t gloat too much. One did not need ‘inside information’ to know that Lukas was going to win. He simply was the most charismatic contestant and the one whose own musical style fit best with the band.
So what if they (the band and producers) liked Lukas from the moment he auditioned for the show? It’s to be expected that they had a favorite. But nothing was set in stone. If the fans didn’t like Lukas, he wouldn’t have gotten far.
Sorry to say, but you don’t have a story. It’s not as if you had proof that Lukas was picked as the winner before the auditions were even held.

Ok, really, it’s tv not a band & to actually win this thing is a major boobie prize, that SURpriZe, no booby packin’ chicqa could win no matter how much talent Dilana has. It’s not about who won, it’s about HOW they won. If the boys and Burnett sat down and decided on a singer 12 weeks ago then just pretended to have a “contest” then we the audience got ripped off. It doesn’t matter if you were a fan of one singer or another you got ripped because there was never any chance that anything was going to make a difference. Would you have bothered to “vote” if you knew the whole thing was a forgone conclusion? didn’t think so. Mark Burnett ripped us off…again! All his shows are rigged because he thinks that drama is more important than actually having a fair contest. It’s the quiz show scandals of the fifties all over again.

Janet, just because of your post about this, I watched the faces of both Lucas and Dilana. It was very apparent that Dilana was very nervous and knew nothing. On the other hand, Lucas did not seemed suprised one bit. Must have been true…
If you want our creepy homeless that bad we can put them on more of your reality shows for you guys to pick. This show proves you can’t polish a turb.
It was not that hard to figure out that Lukas would win. He is by far the only one who cold possibly last playing with Tommy. Also Lukas is the only one with actual credentials, so if the band did not choose him they would be morons. Yes there were better singers on Rockstar but none had that special edge that Lukas had. So way to go and predict the obvious, your so good. The voting had nothing to do with Rockstar anyways; the decision was up to the band in the end (or in the beginning). The voting was just to give the show some fling to keep people into seeing if their favorite singer was in jeopardy or not. So way to go and be a class act, brilliant.
The network publicity office was tipping off journos this last week. It’s a bogus show.
It was impossible for Dilana to be the frontwoman of Supernova. Do any of you kids know anything about Tommy Lee and women? Damn…

Toby and Magni seemed like a couple of sailboats without wind Tuesday night. It could be read on their faces that they weren’t happy about something, but Lukas had a look of satisfaction on his face. I’m beginning to wonder myself. Lukas is good, so was Dilana, and I’m not a big fan of Dilana’s because of her comments, but I think they would have done better with either her or Toby. Tommy said they were going with the one with the most votes by the fans, but Dilana was the one left sitting at the beginning of the finale, so what was the final vote count? If it’s true this was decided months ago, I think it’s going to play against them in the long run. I hope they do well, and that Lukas is a success, but there’s still the issue of fair play. Toby, Magni, Dilana, and others there is something called the phone book with a big listing of attorneys (just a helpful hint). Didn’ the credits at the end used to have Navarro and Lee as EPs, I only saw the one recently, what happened to Lee?
It’s just a show. Everyone has a right to their opinions. It’s their band, their decision.

NOBODY is pro- or anti-Lukas by revealing that he was the winner.
Memo to Navarro/Burnett: Keep the voting legitimate and everyone is on even ground. I think everyone who paid MILLIONS of dollars text messaging to keep their faves (Zayra, Ryan, Storm, Toby, Magni, Dilana) on shoudl file a class-action FRAUD complaint with the FCC a http://www.fcc.gov. Even Lukas fans should because when you get your Verizon bill, just remember that the vote did NOT count because it was rigged anyway.
Memo to Janet: Maybe you broke Hollyweird protocol by not keeping UN-reality TV results quiet until their televised finale…but that’s life. Please dig a little more to reveal how Ryan Star leaked to a newspaper reporter how he was going to be the returning “Fan Favorite” one week ago, even as Brooke Burke said last week there was another FULL week to text in your votes for your favorite.
These money-making UN-reality shows need to be reclassified as Game Shows and taken off the air a la the old “Quiz Show” scandal or straighten up and fly right and make all voting results, INCLUDING actual numbers, made public!!!

whether it was a premade decision or not, I knew back in June when I first saw photos of the contestants. Just based on looks I knew it would be down to Dilana and Lukas. Before I knew anything about them. I figured Lukas would be it because it seemed more likely a guy would front supernova than a girl. it is a shame you can’t understand a single word that comes out of his mouth. but i doubt supernova is going to make more than one record anyhow.

First of all, Dilana did not get the highest votes. Lukas was in the bottom 2 at SOME point during the voting, but when all the votes were tallied, he got the most votes!
Second of all, if you’ve been watching the show all season, you know it would be down to Lukas and Dilana as they were the only 2 legitimate rokstars out there.

I was reading a post about the thousands of people who must have spent a fortune on texting their “votes” (just wait until you see your verizon bill)and how they should file a civil class action…not a bad idea. These people may have committed fraud and profitted from it. Also it seemed evident that Dilana had the most votes because she was not in the “bottom three”…AND it appeared by the expression especially on Toby’s face that something was up. They may have recourse as well. ! Be honest about the premise of the show. You may have a show and do what you do but don’t mislead the fans especially for personal monetary gain – This is terrible! {note to self, what do you expect when you swim with sharks?}
