The guy is obviously insensitive. A real jerk, at least by some descriptions.
BUT he is also one hell of an actor and the show will never be as compelling again.
It’s too bad this nonsense had to leak out. I don’t care about their private lives to the point where it should affect the show. He was one of my favourite characters. Maybe I’m insensitive too? I didn’t think being called that name meant you HAD to come out. There’s stuff they’re not telling us.
Ummm – being called “that name” is offensive, regardless of whether it results in someone having to come out. So you are not insensitive – merely an idiot.
BTW he was my favorite character too.
Janet, he was not fired. His contract option was not picked up. There is a difference. Perhaps you should get your facts straight before posting untruths on your Blog. You have done this before. I hope you have a legal defense fund saved up. You are lucky nobody reads this blog.
I applaud Isaiah for standing up to the intolerant GAY Mafia that runs hollywood.
Is it no wonder why people in droves are no longer watching TV? It’s gay centric programing is what people are getting sick of.
The incident was blown out of proportion.
freedom of speech includes hurtful, insensitive, rude and hateful comments. this guy wasn’t saying those awful things into a microphone for public consumption. So, in my humble opinion it should have been handled on the set. When problems of that nature occur, it should mean a trip to the HR department and some sort of punishment. So who hasn’t been witness to a shouting match or two at work?
