VAL KILMER IS BACK IN ACTION
Here’s an unexpected combo – Italian screen legend Gina Lollobrigida and our own Val Kilmer. They both happened to be at a party celebrating filming in Italy and it’s nice to see Val socializing again. For the past few years he’s been battling throat cancer and he went through some grueling treatment. It left him with a raspy voice, but he seems eager to work. Val is currently cast in a couple of movies – including Top Gun: Maverick – which will reunite him with Tom Cruise.

If that guy is suppose to be in the next TopGun movie less the F14, which had boatloads of room as compared to an F18. Well, you call up Tom Cruise an have him go fetch that guy to shed some pounds. As it is he sort looks like somebody who might work on a base at the Bowling Alley, flipping hamburgers on the grill at the snackbar.
And yea, I want french fries with that burger with everything on it but cheese.

If his treatment was like that of Michael Douglas, then all of Val’s teeth had to be removed, as well. 🙁
But he’s looking much better these days, though we’re worried about his voice; the YouTube video interview with his two children is charming, but also heartbreaking: it’s virtually impossible to understand him. We wonder how that will be accommodated in the Top Gun sequel, which VK is thrilled to be a part of.
