Cindy Williams played Shirley Feeney and Eddie Mekka played her boyfriend Carmine Ragusa on one of our favorite series, Laverne & Shirley, which ran from 1976 to 1983. Apparently they are on better terms than Cindy and her costar Penny Marshall, or so we hear. After all these years, Cindy and Eddie got together again to costar in a play called Sylvia in Edmonton, Canada. They appear as an aging married couple whose life is interrupted by a dog. Cindy and Eddie’s mini-reunion was a success and the play ran for two and a half months. (Top photo: Cindy and Eddie on Laverne & Shirley, Bottom photo: in the play Sylvia)

Totally miss all the shows from the 70’s, y’know, when Hollywood actually had talent? Beyond sick of fake reality TV, enough already.
I would love to see the play with these two. I actually saw this play years ago in NY in the mid 90’s with Blythe Danner. The dog is played by an actress. Kinda cool and unique.
I miss the old shows too from the 70’s. I loved The Carol Burnett Show with Conway and Korman. I miss MASH and Gunsmoke the most.
I am glad Ms. Williams is no longer married to that hothead Bill Hudson. The way he publicly trashed his daughter and ex wife (Goldie Hawn), was beyond rude and filled with malice.
Edmonton is a filthy hole and is Canada’s murder capital. I hope she got payed well to visit that cra*phole.
Jimbo’s got that right.
I too miss those old shows, reality tv is nothing but plastic surgeried harpies getting drunk and calling each other sluts while fighting. Sigh.
never understood what Cindy and Penny had a fight about.
thank god: HE CAN BE SEEN AS HETERO SEXUAL NOW…….
(well, he is still eating hormons)
So good to be with a friend and some one you shared time with on a major number one hit show and to catch up and see what has happened to that person and be able to see what direction a person has gone but friendship and care and kindness and allowing the fans to see them together is magic and fun and thrilling and just think another 20 or 30years down the road…You can always look at your past and see what the future holds but you kids and your grand kids can look at there grandmother or grandfather make some kind of magic time in the 50s come to life and see the history that is part of a genaration.
^^^^^oh dear God I just realized who this is!
