HGTV’s popular twins Jonathan and Drew Scott, along with Melissa McCarthy, are currently appearing in the most hated ad on TV (for Chase banks) and it seems to be running constantly. In the commercial, Melissa is seen walking around a house, loudly smashing decorative objects on the floor while the twins watch. Viewers (including me) find the ad noisy and stupid and HATE seeing perfectly good things broken for no reason. It’s NOT funny and irritated viewers are griping all over the internet: “I like the people in the ad LESS each time I see it!” ”Is this supposed to be FUNNY?” One viewer said “Chase should FIRE their ad agency” and another responded “No – blame the stupid Chase execs who OK’d it!”
Attention Drew Scott: dyed black beards are NOT attractive
Whoever approves Chase’s ads should be fired.
Another example of creativity having died. I’m sick of movies and TV shows that are just carbon copies of one another. Reboots are fine, because they are a continuation of a theme.
Honestly, a class of 7th graders could come up with something more creative than most commercials, movies and TV shows.
I can’t stand those two brothers . They are just nerds. I can’t believe Zooey was so wrong .
