Their overseas press tours happened to put them in the same city at the same time, so Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez spent a night out together in London. The girls dressed up for dinner at Jamie’s – a hot new restaurant owned by Jamie Oliver. Instead of hitting the clubs afterward, these two good girls ignored the cool weather and went out for gelato. Taylor’s choice was stracciatella (similar to chocolate chip) and Selena’s weakness was toffee white chocolate.

Another disturbing aspect to the packaging of these young stars – they are designed in some way to be non-threating. They are short,skinny, generic, and never seem to cross the threshhold into adulthood (come on, most normal 16 year olds can pass for 25 or even 30, but look at Gomez, Swift, Bieber, the Jonas brothers.
