MARILYN MANSON APPRECIATES HEAVY METAL AND CLASSICAL
Marilyn Manson is one of many American musicians who are huge fans of the heavy metal band X Japan that incorporates classical piano into their rock music. Gene Simmons says that X Japan would be the biggest band in the world if they sang in English. Manson turned up at the premier of a documentary about the band “We Are X” at the Chinese theater in Hollywood. With him in the photo is the band’s founder Yoshiki, who was raised as a classical pianist until he discovered the band Kiss.
