We can only describe Australian actress Margot Robbie’s appearance at the Oscars as drop dead gorgeous. The 24 year old made a huge impact when she appeared in The Wolf of Wall Street, but last year when she attended the Oscars she had brown hair for some reason. Few people recognized her on the red carpet and she was almost lost in the shuffle. But this year she returned looking like herself and knocked everyone’s socks off. That face…

THE REAL WOLF OF WALL STREET, JORDAN BELFORT, WANTS TO BE LIKED

We confess we were secretly happy that the Wolf of Wall Street didn’t win any Oscars. We refused to see the movie because the idea of watching Leonardo DiCaprio as a drugged up swindler living the high life at the devastating expense of others, was NOT appetizing. The whole idea of aggrandizing such a sleazy and revolting character seems WRONG. Now the guy who wrote the book and was played by Leo wants us to forgive him. Ex-convict Jordan Belfort told The Hollywood Reporter, “What I did was awful, but I was under the influence of massive quantities of drugs.” Sure, THAT explains it. Out of jail, con man Belfort says he redeemed himself and is now a “motivational speaker.”

Australian Margot Robbie took the US by storm when she appeared as Leonardo DiCaprio’s blonde bombshell second wife in “Wolf of Wall Street.” The dazzling 23 year old seemed poised to be the toast of the Oscars, but instead she went almost unrecognized! Margot had dyed her hair dark for another movie role and she foolishly wore a rather simple black dress. She looked pretty, but few people knew who she WAS. Lupita got all the action and Margot was lost in the shuffle. (Above, Margot in “Wall Street” and below, in Paris this week.

LEONARDO DICAPRIO TAKES SOME TIME OFF

One of the biggest stars in Hollywood manages to have lunch in New York unmolested. Leonardo DiCaprio knows how to look unremarkable and maintain privacy when he wants it. He’s been relaxing and cavorting with models since he completed the Martin Scorsese movie “The Wolf of Wall Street” which is the story of a wall street stockbroker who goes from rolling in dough to criminal self destruction.
