FUNNY- HE DOESN’T LOOK LIKE A CHEF!

We see a lot of photos of former Spice Girl Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham, but not so many pics of “Baby Spice” Emma Bunton. We love this photo of Emma and her husband Jade Jones on their way to a festive party in the UK. Jones was lead singer of the 90’s boy band Damage, and he and Emma have been together since ’98. Jade always loved food and he studied and became a successful chef – currently working at the prestigious 5 star hotel Claridges, (although you’d never guess it by looking at him!) Emma and Jade have two sons together and they finally married in 2021. Cute couple…

Mel C Melanie Chisholm Spice Girls Sporty Spice

MEL C STILL HAS FUN BEING SPORTY SPICE

London has more stores open than we do in the US – even some malls are open. Spice Girl Mel C, Melanie Chisholm, AKA Sporty Spice, took her cute 11 year old daughter Scarlett and her friend to do some shopping. Sporty Spice was known for wearing tracksuits and having tattoos on her arms – she was the athletic Spice Girl who could do backward handsprings. Between Spice Girl reunions and solo performances, Mel C is now a no-nonsense mom.

Gary Madatyan Lawsuit Mel B Spice Girls

MEL B: WHEN YOUR BEST FRIEND TURNS ON YOU

For the past few years it seemed that Spice Girl Mel B went EVERYWHERE with her best friend and hair stylist Gary Madatyan, and they always seemed to be having a good time. They were inseparable. A few months ago the friendship apparently went sour and now Gary has filed a lawsuit against Mel, accusing her of an assortment of awful things: borrowing a lot of money, failing to pay him his salary, getting amphetamines in HIS name, pressuring him to lie in court during her custody battle, (he refused) etc. Hopefully, Mel saved some of that money she earned touring with the Spice Girls this summer…

Spice Girls

“VIVA FOREVER” HAS AT LEAST ONE FAN – GERI HALLIWELL’S DAUGHTER

When we saw that Geri Halliwell brought her little girl Bluebell to see the London musical Viva Forever, which is based on the Spice Girls music, we figured she wanted to show her daughter what her mom did before she was born. But while the musical uses Spice Girl songs, it is not about the five girls. The show is like “Mamma Mia” which used Abba music but the story had nothing to do with the . Viva Forever got dismal reviews and might have done better if it WERE about the singing girls. At least Bluebell got to see the show before it closes.
