This is a great retro photo in so many ways. Andrew Dice Clay, 56, insists he is not really the bad guy he was made out to be. Back in the 80’s he was an “insult comic” who mainly badmouthed women. Guys loved him and flocked to his concerts. In the 90’s it became less socially acceptable to malign females and his star dimmed. After raising his two sons, he’s back doing concerts and he’s a little more careful about his insults. He was photographed outside the Soho Trump Hotel smoking and talking on his red receiver attached to his smartphone.

Not long ago we saw this photo of Lenny Kravitz walking down the street chatting into an old fashioned phone receiver attached to his iPhone. In the back of our mind, we kept wondering WHY he was using the attention getting device. Yesterday we saw a man driving down the street with the same receiver perched on his shoulder as he talked and drove with both hands on the wheel. An AHA moment!
