LIEV SCHREIBER CARRIED THE FAMILY CHRISTMAS TREE HOME ON HIS BACK

If this photo doesn’t get you in the mood for Christmas, nothing will. It’s sweet that Liev Schreiber and his wife Naomi Watts go out of their way to do so many ordinary things with their children. Maybe that’s partly because they live in New York instead of in a mansion behind a big gate in Beverly Hills. They are obviously successful parents who want their kids to grow up the way they did – enjoying normal activities.

NAOMI WATTS FEELS RIGHT AT HOME ON A BICYCLE

If Naomi Watts, 46, looks particularly glamorous on this bike ride, it’s for a good reason. She’s a spokesperson for L’Oreal and the cosmetic company was enchanted by her family’s dedication to bicycle riding. She and Liev Schreiber and their two sons are seen riding their bikes all over New York. L’Oreal arranged a photo session with Naomi and her son Samuel riding on a white designer bike with a child’s passenger seat, in Central Park. Every time Naomi stopped, a team of hair and makeup people ran up to perfect her windblown look.

THE IMPOSSIBLE: BEST OVERLOOKED MOVIE OF THE YEAR

#naomiwatts #janetcharlton

We’re not entirely satisfied with the Oscar nominations because “The Impossible” was not among the Best Picture choices. We were infatuated a few months ago by the trailer and the movie itself more than lived up to expectations. It’s by far, one of the most heartfelt and gripping movies of the year. And it’s very likely to win Naomi Watts an Oscar – make an effort to see this beautiful and touching film.

#naomiwatts #theimpossible #janetcharlton

Back in August we showed you the trailer for the potentially heartbreaking movie “The Impossible” (CLICK HERE to see it again -and keep some Kleenex nearby) It’s the true story of a family struggling to survive the 2004 tsumani in Thailand starring Ewan McGregor and Naomi Watts. Naomi looks beautiful at the Madrid premier and she’s pictured with Maria Belon, the REAL survivor that the story was about.(We’re happy to see she’s alive!) The movie has a December 21 release date.

“THE IMPOSSIBLE” – MAYBE THE SCARIEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR

We’ve always thought that nothing is scarier than reality, and we yawned all the way through The Dark Knight Rises and Total >Recall. But this trailer for “The Impossible” is truly frightening because it happened once and can happen again. It’s based on a true story about how a vacationing family survived the 2004 tsunami in Thailand. Ewan McGregor and Naomi Watts appear to be perfectly cast in this catastrophic adventure.

“LOST” STAR NAVEEN ANDREWS PLAYS PRINCESS DIANA’S TRUE LOVE IN “DIANA”

Here’s Naomi Watts on location filming her Princess Diana movie in the UK. The film deals with the last two years of Diana’s life, and centers around her romance with the “love of her life” – nope, it’s not the man she died with, Dodi Fayed. The man Diana called “Mr Wonderful” was a heart surgeon, Dr Hasnet Khan. At the inquest into Diana’s death, Khan testified that he broke off their two year romance a few months before her death. It’s believed he couldn’t bear all the media attention surrounding Diana. Lost star Naveen Andrews is playing Khan and he’s barely recognizable with his conservative haircut.

Liev Schreiber and his two year old son Sasha are sitting on the stoop in Soho, having a man to man talk. Mom Naomi Watts is away in Canada finishing up her movie thriller“Dream House.” After five years of togetherness and two children, Liev and Naomi have no marriage plans but they did recently return from a family vacation in Barbados. Liev still has his tan. Next up for both Liev and Naomi: they’ve both been cast in an “Untitled Comedy” – a feature film composed of short films by different directors.
