They were both born in Mexico, and best of all, Rafael lets Kat tattoo him all she wants. He already has tattoos on his head right up to his hairline so they can only be seen if he shaves his head. It became quite evident when Kat was seen shopping in West Hollywood in a skin tight red outfit. Besides her work at High Voltage Tattoo, the former star of L.A. Ink has become a makeup tycoon – her cruelty free collection at Sephora has been increasing in popularity for eight years. Maybe the Kardashians are her business – and her butt- inspiration.

Kat Von D has nineteen reasons to keep the 4.5 karat Neil Lane engagement ring that Jesse James gave her and she’s gonna put up a fight. She called off their engagement when she caught him cheating, but recently tweeted that she has discovered a total of 19 different women that he fooled around with with during the year they were together. Now she’s REALLY angry. She kept the ring when they split and Jesse is demanding it back. Kat won’t budge and friends predict the battle will get ugly.

Kat Von D was photographed leaving Chateau Marmont with a new good-looking guy. Hopefully, she learned a lesson from her ill-advised romance with Jesse James. She knew Jesse’s history of cheating and treating women badly BEFORE they got engaged, yet she thought the loser would be different with her. There’s no doubt he broke her heart and left her sadder but wiser. No matter who this new guy is, he couldn’t be worse than Jesse James.
