WHAT’S REALLY WRONG WITH JODIE FOSTER?

Jodie Foster showed up for the premier of her new science fiction action movie, Hotel Artemis, on crutches yet again. She finished the movie at the end of 2017 but since February Jodie has been hobbling around on crutches. She appeared at the Oscars in early March on crutches. It’s mysterious because she’s had no cast or apparently healing injury. At the Oscars, Jodie jokingly avoided answering questions about the crutches, but her publicist later said she had a “skiing accident”. Almost three months later Jodi is STILL on those crutches. She certainly LOOKS healthy – hopefully it’s not serious.

JODIE FOSTER CAME OUT OF HER SHELL – AND HER CLOSET

Coming out was the best thing that ever happened to Jodie Foster, 52. Before she acknowledged being gay (although just about everyone in Hollywood knew she was and couldn’t care less) she was evasive and suspicious. She was secretive and avoided any kind of questions about her personal life. She didn’t seem happy. Now she’s more open and doesn’t hesitate to show affection for her new wife, photographer Alexandra Hedison, 45. They seemed to be having fun shopping at Bristol Farms in Beverly Hills.

You don’t see Jodie Foster out with her son Charles, 15, very often and he has gotten very tall since our last look. Jodie and Charles went to a medical building in Beverly Hills and as soon as she saw the camera she ducked. Jodie wasted no time after coming out at the Golden Globes in January – she married her girlfriend Alexandra Hedison last month.

MOST UNEXPECTED MOMENT AT THE GOLDEN GLOBES: JODIE FOSTER CAME OUT!

Cheers to Jodie foster! For YEARS she has been sensitive about her personal life, although it was common knowledge in Hollywood that she was gay and nobody cared. She was admired for her long and stellar career and intelligence. We always thought she felt uncomfortable with her “secret.” Two of her closest actor friends, Robert Downey Jr, and Mel Gibson, were with her at The Golden Globes and we have a feeling they encouraged her to open up about the fact that she’s gay now that she has turned 50. For the first time she acknowledged her “ex partner in love and heroic co-parent “ Cydney Bernard. It WAS a surprise and a nice moment – especially with her two sons looking on with approval.

We have to admit that this trailer for “The Beaver” doesn’t look as awful as we imagined it would. Maybe it’s a good thing that Mel Gibson’s character is a depressed and broken man rather than a macho know-it-all. Jodie Foster’s loyalty to her flawed friend is rather sweet. The movie’s coming out May 20 – will you see it?

NO WONDER WE HAVEN’T HEARD A PEEP OUT OF JODIE FOSTER ABOUT HER BUDDY MEL GIBSON

Jodie Foster must be wringing her hands every time a new tape of Mel Gibson ranting is released. She and Mel are old friends and because of Mel’s antics, her twenty million dollar movie “The Beaver” is in jeopardy. Jodie directed the dramady starring Mel (photo above) as a disturbed man who communicates through a beaver hand puppet. It’s described as a cross between “Being John Malkovich” and “Lars and the Real Girl.” Jodie is currently avoiding journalists who are eager to get her take on the Mel situation. She’s busy in post-production while the studio releasing the movie, Summit Entertainment, doesn’t know which way to turn. Will Jodie’s fans support HER and forgive her choice in leading men?

JODIE FOSTER AND HER YOUNGEST SON CHRISTOPHER

The mysterious Jodie Foster and her 8 year old son Christopher visited Urth Caffe in West Hollywood. Jodie also has an 11 year old boy, Charles, and she has never revealed who their father is. It’s believed that Jodie’s best friend, casting director Randy Stone, was the sperm donor. Randy was married to Barbra Streisand’s sister Roslyn Kind until he “came out” as gay. Significantly, he was also Godfather to Jodie’s two boys, but he died of heart disease in 2007.
