Elvis’s granddaughter Riley Keough is pictured here leaving the House of Blues where she saw Joan Jett perform. Apparently, rumors of her dating Rob Pattinson proved to be untrue – she was misidentified as the redhead riding in his car, but it turned out to be somebody else. Too bad.

Suddenly Joan Jett is everywhere – thanks to “ The Runaways” movie, and we’re glad to see her. Somehow she ended up at a Scottish charity event held in New York and hosted by Sean Connery, called “Dressed to Kilt.” Celebrities and designers showed off their kilt inspired fashion (we’re MAD for kilts) and we picked Joan’s version as our favorite. We’re not so sure about the feather mohawk, but the skirt is heaven.

The more you look at the 1977 Brad Elterman photo of Joan Jett, the easier it is to see why she cast Kristen Stewart to play herself in “The Runaways.” When the old photo was taken, Joan probably WAS a teenage runaway. She’s pictured on the corner of Hollywood and Highland, which has actually changed a lot more than SHE has. And those are some shoes she’s rockin.’
