The area of Los Angeles is populated with an odd combination of the very wealthy and older residents on fixed incomes who have lived there for decades. Jennifer Garner is privately spearheading a fundraiser among her moneyed pals to raise millions for those who lost their homes and are displaced. Among those involved are her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, his other ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez, Reese Witherspoon, Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson and billionaire developer turned politician Rick Caruso.
