BARRON TRUMP HAS HIS OWN IDEAS

Like many 17-year-olds, Barron Trump is applying to colleges and he plans on going AWAY to school, far, far away.  Now that his father is running for President again, Barron wants to get as far away as he can from the political craziness, so that means leaving the country! Barron gets decent grades, and is hoping to get accepted into Cambridge or Oxford – two of the top universities in the UK. Unlike his half siblings, 6’7″ Barron prefers to stay OUT of the spotlight and feels studying abroad makes the most sense. (Indeed, he does look uncomfortable in every photo we see of him) Here’s the kicker – his loving mom Melania is planning to move across the pond if Barron gets accepted as a student in England…hmmm

OLIVIA JADE’S EDUCATION TOOK A RIGHT TURN

After her aborted stint at USC, Olivia Jade, 23, is resuming her education – but this time she’s laser focused on acting. Olivia scurried out of the university when her parents, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli were implicated in the college admission scandal, for which they both served time. Truth be told, Olivia was never that INTO getting an education at USC, as she always wanted to follow in her mother’s footsteps and act. She She enrolled in the famous Stella Adler Academy in Hollywood and according to an insider she’s a natural. “Olivia inherited her mom’s looks and talent,” a school insider says. “She’s a star student.”

KANYE WEST HAS NO USE FOR BOOKS

It was no surprise when Kanye West announced that he was “a proud non-reader of books.” Anyone who has ever read his social media posts filled with awful grammar is aware of his educational shortcomings. Of course he wants YOU to buy and read the book of his “philosophies” that he “co-wrote,” called Thank You & You’re Welcome. Kanye calls himself a genius and CLAIMS he went to college – specifically American Academy of Art in Chicago, and Chicago State University (I’m from Chicago and never heard of either school. Are they accredited? ) Apparently he left the art school after a few months and started at the University where his mother happened to be an English professor. He left there in a hurry also. It’s not easy to be a student if you don’t read books!

JADEN SMITH PREFERS TO EDUCATE HIMSELF

Jaden Smith, 23, is showing off a suit from his own fashion collection, MSFTSrep, at the British Vogue party during London Fashion Week. We assume the odd name means “misfits republic” and he’s partners in the brand with sister Willow and a few friends. When he’s not designing, Jaden is skateboarding or making music. In 2016 he was the first male model to wear a skirt in the Louis Vuitton womenswear campaign – hence the skirt-like attachment to his pants above. Jaden is clearly smart and creative – it’s too bad he and his sister Willow don’t believe in higher education – no college for them.

WILLOW SMITH DOESN’T CARE ABOUT SCHOOL

In spite of her past history, Willow Smith, now 18, is looking quite composed and elegant at the premier of her namesake father Will Smith’s Aladdin. She and her brother Jaden started out as precocious tweens with opinions on every subject. They earned a reputation for being entitled and pretentious. Tragically, they had no respect for traditional school or advanced education. They’ve been home-schooled all their lives except for a short time in the now closed L Ron Hubbard school. Willow talks about studying physics at MIT, but has never made a move to do so. The siblings are still working on their music, but we’d rather see them pursuing an education.

JOSEPH BAENA LIVED UP TO HIS FATHER’S EXPECTATIONS

Joseph Baena is out on the town celebrating his graduation from Pepperdine University. He started life in the middle of a scandal – he was the result of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s affair with his Guatemalan housekeeper. The devastating situation was the cause of Arnold’s divorce from Maria Shriver. Over the years Arnold took an active interest in his lookalike son and not only worked out in the gym with him, but guided his education. After four years of hard work, Arnold proudly announced that Joseph earned his degree in business. Joseph, 21, says the University and people he met there changed his life forever. Above, he partied at Delilah in Hollywood with a pretty girl…

ANGELA BASSETT: AS SMART AS SHE IS GOOD LOOKING

We can’t help but wonder what Angela Bassett (who happens to look GORGEOUS here) thinks about the current college admission scandal. Angela, 60, happens to have a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts from YALE – and her parents didn’t pull any strings to get her there. In fact, Angela grew up in a low-income family, but her smart mother emphasized the importance of good grades and insisted her children prepare for college. Angela also met her husband of 21 years, Courtney B Vance, while both were at Yale, and recently Yale gave the Black Panther actress an honorary doctoral degree. Eat your hearts out, Lori Laughlin and Felicity Huffman…

TERRENCE HOWARD HAS BEEN KNOWN TO STRETCH THE TRUTH

Under Terrence Howard’s flashy gold sport jacket he’s wearing a shirt with a large dog’s face on it. The smooth-talking Atlanta star is a man of contradictions. One puzzling feature is his educational history, which is unconfirmed, to put it politely. A few years ago he bragged on Jimmy Kimmel Live that he has a PHD in chemical engineering from South Carolina State University. In fact, he spoke at the school’s commencement ceremony in 2012, and they presented him with an HONORARY Doctorate of Humane Letters. He never went to that school and SCSU doesn’t even OFFER a PHD in chemical engineering.

LET’S HEAR IT FOR NICK CANNON: A MAN WHO DOESN’T THINK HE KNOWS EVERYTHING!

Nick Cannon loves Plaid at Good Day NY

Sororities at Howard University must be rolling out the red carpet to welcome a highly eligible freshman: Nick Cannon! He’s registered to start the fall semester in the Communications Department, but with his experience, couldn’t he be a TEACHER? When Nick,35, graduated from high school he immediately started working in show business and put off going to college. Lately he’s been getting philosophical about the importance of education and felt compelled to return to school. He still has TV jobs, but aspires to graduate in four years – if he doesn’t party too much. Nick has already set aside the fancy suits and bought himself a book bag.

ASHLEY JUDD IS EARNING A DOCTOR’S DEGREE – AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ACTING!

Ashley Judd is clearly preparing herself for a political career and we’re all for it. What the world of politics needs most of all is more women. Being an actress can be a hindrance and a help. Judd has a famous and likeable face, but her political capabilities are untested. (She has already established herself as a political activist and humanitarian.) But she has been quietly preparing herself for the right moment – most likely to run for the Senate in her home state of Kentucky. She earned a masters degree from the John F Kennedy School of Government at Harvard and is now enrolled in the Ph.D program at UC Berkeley. Her stellar education will more than make up for her lack of political experience. She’s got our vote!
