JAKE HOFFMAN: HOPEFULLY NOT A CHIP OFF THE OLD BLOCK

Dustin Hoffman, 80, and his wife Lisa are in New York spending time with their actor son Jake Hoffman, 37, and his cute dog. The usually playful Dustin looks serious – he’s still disgruntled about accusations of sexual misconduct made by several women. Most of the incidents happened years ago and the women were very young, but that doesn’t make them any less appalling. Jake, on the other hand is happy – he has a role in Scorsese’s The Irishman and he’s currently filming a comedy called “Otherhood” in which Patricia Arquette plays his estranged mother.

JAKE HOFFMAN IS STILL ASPIRING

Dustin Hoffman’s cute son Jake Hoffman, 36, is still a struggling actor/director, but he always has a towering model-quality girlfriend to keep him company. Jake went to film school at NYU and he played shoe mogul Steve Madden in The Wolf of Wall Street. You may remember him from Ray Donovan last season. He’s directed a few short movies and music videos but has yet to hit it big. He needs a movie like The Graduate..

DUSTIN HOFFMAN’S LOOKALIKE SON #2

Dustin Hoffman has yet another lookalike son working to make a name for himself in the film industry. We’re familiar with his brother Jake, but we don’t often see 31 year old Max Hoffman. Max studied film at Brown University and also at the School of Performing Arts in Prague. He’s an aspiring actor and director and has been living in New York, working in theater. He’s not much taller than his diminutive dad Dustin, but he’s got some big dreadlocks.

DUSTIN AND JAKE HOFFMAN: A FATHER AND SON REUNION

Dustin Hoffman, 78, and his son Jake Hoffman, 35, often take in Knicks games together when they’re both in New York. Dustin is currently filming The Meyerowitz Stories there, and Jake is still a struggling actor. His father probably made an acting career look easy because he hit it big at an early age. But Jake has struggled with small roles (The Wolf of Wall Street) and a not-so-hot directorial debut of his film Asthma.

JAKE HOFFMAN HAS NOT RUN OUT OF LUCK

Multitasking Jake Hoffman, 31, sips iced coffee while he walks his dog and talks on the phone in NYC. He has had some free time since “Luck” was cancelled. Jake played his father Dustin Hoffman’s GRANDSON on the ill-fated HBO series. But he’ll survive – Jake has three movies coming out this year – one of them is “Generation Um…” with Keanu Reeves.

JONAH HILL IS ROMANCING DUSTIN HOFFMAN’S DAUGHTER ALEXANDRA

He may have gained a few pounds back, but Jonah Hill, 28, is still in good company. He’s been seeing Dustin Hoffman’s daughter Alexandra, 24, for the past few months and trying to keep it quiet, while admitting “She’s the greatest person I know!” Jonah is very friendly with the Hoffman family – he joined them on a family vacation to Hawaii. Jonah and Dustin’s kids all went to Crossroads school in LA. Since he lost 40 pounds last year, Jonah seems to have gained some back – he says his weakness is “beer.”

DUSTIN AND JAKE HOFFMAN CHEER FOR THE LAKERS

Dustin Hoffman and his son Jake bonded at the Lakers game on Christmas day. Dustin is relieved that Jake’s acting career is moving along nicely – he’s currently filming a movie with Keanu Reeves “Generation Um…” about a day in the life of three people in Los Angeles with plenty of sex and drugs. When Jake’s not acting he sometimes DJ‘s at clubs around town.

ALL EYES WERE ON AMERICAN IDOL’S RYAN SEACREST AT THE LAKERS GAME

Well-groomed Ryan Seacrest was rather full of himself at the last Lakers game. He was seated courtside and surrounded by some of Hollywood biggest celebrities- Eddie Murphy, Sylvester Stallone, Dustin Hoffman, Jack Nicholson, and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, but fans only had eyes for the American Idol host. They climbed over the famous actors to get to Ryan, and mobbed him asking for autographs and photos! Ryan the Big Shot stood up and started bossing everyone around “One at a time!”“Let’s form a line over here!” while the movie stars watched. American Idol RULES.
