It’s a woman’s prerogative to change her mind and that’s exactly what Chrissy Teigen did. We had the exclusive scoop about Chrissy and John Legend‘s wedding renewal ceremony in Lake Como, writing about it days before TMZ, People and Page 6. Our well-informed source blabbed about Chrissy’s plan to wear a RED gown to the renewal ceremony even though she instructed all of her guests to wear black and white – so SHE would really stand out. At the last minute, Chrissy realized it might NOT be a great idea. The LAST thing she wanted was to face any backlash because she was ALMOST canceled when some of her past tweets resurfaced. Long story short, Chrissy opted to play it safe and wore the black gown she packed as a back up. Smart move. The good news is she’s keeping the red gowns so you’ll see her as the lady in red in the future.

Billy Idol Canceled MRSA Tour

BILLY IDOL: NO DANCING WITH HIMSELF YET

Last December Billy Idol thought he had an ordinary sinus infection that was making him feel lousy. Despite treatment, the infection got worse and turned out to be caused by staph bacteria – the serious MRSA superbug that resists most antibiotics. One antibiotic after another failed to help and Billy had to resort to surgery. He was distraught when he was forced to cancel the tour he had planned with Journey that started in February and lasts until May. (Toto filled in for him) He’s STILL experimenting with different antibiotics and further surgery might be necessary. He’s asking fans to send him positive thoughts.

Adele Caesar's Palace Canceled Concert Las Vegas Liar, Liar!

ADELE IS LYING TO HER FANS

When Adele abruptly canceled her four month Las Vegas residency 24 hours before the first show, she tearfully blamed Covid among the cast and crew, plus delivery delays. (Of course other shows had managed to survive thru those same problems!) Most revealing was the fact that Adele CANCELED her residency instead of POSTPONING it – implying there’s more to this than meets the eye. The truth is coming out in bits and pieces. A source at Caesar’s Palace where she was rehearsing said Adele couldn’t get through a single rehearsal without passionately calling her boyfriend Rich Paul and crying and shouting into the phone. Relationship problems? Was the pressure for a huge extravaganza more than she could handle? Has her stage fright returned? It’s a disaster for Caesar’s Palace and Adele is not being honest about the situation. (And this isn’t the only thing she’s lying about- more on that later)

Bruce Springsteen Canceled DWI Jeep

SHAME SHAME SHAME ON JEEP

What were those Jeep executives thinking when they pulled Bruce Springsteen’s Super bowl Jeep ad from YouTube and admonished his behavior so QUICKLY? Talk about cancel culture. Springsteen is a national icon and deserves time and fair consideration. The DWI arrest situation seems to be more a matter of opinion than actual facts so far. At the very least, Bruce deserves to be found guilty BEFORE he is condemned. He is not Marilyn Manson.

SAY GOODBYE TO KATY KEENE

Not surprised that the CW series Katy Keene was canceled – maybe they should have thought about hiring WOMEN to write for the female oriented show instead of only MEN! Male writers rarely create believable female characters. We remember discovering the Katy Keene comic book as a kid and it was SO exciting to find a comic about a young, glamorous – and ambitious, career woman. (Comic books were almost exclusively about males) Tall and beautiful Katy aspired to be a model and fashion designer, and boyfriends didn’t get in her way. Readers were encouraged to send in their own designs for her clothing and the best creations and winners’ names appeared in the magazine. The comic would have been WAY better if it had been produced by women, and it’s too bad that MEN were given the job of creating Katy onscreen…

Canceled Roseanne Roseanne Barr

ROSEANNE WAS A TICKING TIME BOMB

WE can’t help but wonder how Roseanne, who has always been proud of being “outspoken,” is reacting to ABC canceling her hit series. She must be IN SHOCK. It clearly never occurred to her that something like this might happen to the #1 sitcom. Will this jolt her into reevaluating herself? We feel awful for all her costars and the crew on the Roseanne show. Sara Gilbert worked SO hard to revive the show and she talked everyone into coming back. Roseanne’s self-indulgent moment of insanity on Twitter cost a lot of people a lot of money – and security. It’s tragic.

Canceled Kris Jenner Talk Show

KRIS JENNER IS NOT ACCUSTOMED TO FAILURE

Much to Kris Jenner’s disappointment, her son in law Lamar Odom’s timely drug adventures did nothing to keep her talk show on the air. So many things have gone RIGHT for Kris for SO long, that she can hardly believe her show was not picked up. According to Radaronline, the bad news will be announced in a few days. Apparently Kris is just not the Kardashian that people want to look at every day. This is a horrible jolt for Kris, who demanded that Fox build her that fancy set duplicating her own home. We predict she will attempt to get a talk show on cable if all else fails.

EVA LONGORIA CANCELATION: IT’S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD!

Eva Longoria recovered sufficiently from the shock of the cancellation of her TV show to go out in public. Eva worked long and hard to get her “Ready For Love” reality dating show on the air and NBC even scheduled her production to follow The Voice. She made appearances across the country to promote the new show but it failed miserably ratings-wise and was canceled after only two episodes. Disappointed Eva went out to lunch this weekend and got lots of male attention – at least she still has her looks!

IS THIS THE BEGINNING OF THE END FOR RACHEL ZOE?

Celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe has been bombarded with business propositions since her Bravo reality series “The Rachel Zoe Project” debuted in 2008, and just MAYBE she hasn’t been paying enough attention to her TV show. Ratings have taken a nose-dive and it looks like Bravo plans to cancel the series. Her series devolved into self-obsessed Rachel continuously whining about her minor problems or drooling over her baby, and LESS about fashion. Does Rachel realize how important that show is to her continued success? It’s guaranteed that offers will start drying up as soon as she is off the air – out of sight, out of mind. Her pricey clothing collection is not doing very well – several major stores have already stopped carrying her lines. If she’s smart, Rachel will funnel ALL her efforts into revamping a TV deal with Bravo. Rachel- do not underestimate the importance of Bravo!
