Little did we know…that Angelina’s Jolie’s ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton is in the middle of a summer tour with his band The Boxmasters – it will finish up in Europe in the fall. He always did prefer making music with his electric rockabilly/blues band to making movies. (One of the reasons why Angelina left him) But what’s with the PANTS? Doesn’t that falling down pants look belong to RAPPERS? We couldn’t resist poking fun at his style…

BILLY BOB THORNTON DIDN’T FEEL LIKE DRESSING UP FOR HIS MOVIE PREMIER

This is how Billy Bob Thornton, 60, (Angelina Jolie’s ex) dressed for his movie premier at the Chinese Theater. Is he having a mid-life crisis? Probably not – he’s always been an off-beat character with a knack for acting. He plays a buttoned up political consultant in Our Brand Is Crisis but the real Billy Bob wants us to know he’s a cool guy. He explained that he hates to get dressed up and figures “it doesn’t matter anyway.“ That didn’t stop his special effects technician wife, Connie Angland, from putting on a nice black dress.

BILLY BOB THORNTON IS “TRAUMATIZED BY MEDIOCRITY”

Billy Bob Thornton had a private reading of his new book (yes, the one that might or might not strike fear in the heart of his ex-wife Angelina Jolie) – he read excerpts from the book to a group of his friends who found it very entertaining. One buddy of his presented him with a gift – a t-shirt that said “TRAUMATIZED BY MEDIOCRITY.” Billy Bob was so delighted by the shirt that he HAD to know where it came from (JGerard/“Peace Gallery” on Melrose Avenue) and he plans to visit the store and buy more.
