We love those flamboyant 80’s new wave bands, and particularly Spandau Ballet. It’s delicious to think that guys used to dress up in all that frippery. Spandau Ballet just posted the top photo as a New Year’s greeting to their current fans. The bottom photo is the band in all its new romantic glory. We’ve had a little crush on Martin Kemp ever since we saw him in “The Krays,” The group got back together in 2009 and have been performing ever since. Actually the guys have aged rather well – some better than others.

    I forgot about Martin Kemp’s brain surgery (He had two tumors). He has a metal plate to protect his skull. Glad they are friends again too.

    I had read where all of them have kids. Hope their kids tease them about their goofy 80’s videos.

    Martin Kemp, one of my favorites from EastEnders. He looks gorgeous. And he had brain surgery before, so it’s even more amazing.
