Rebecca Gayheart’s romance with billionaire Hard Rock founder, Peter Morton, is on pause now that her husband, Eric Dane has been diagnosed with ALS.  Rebecca and Peter have been quietly dating since 2023 and according to a source, were secretly making plans to wed this summer in the Hamptons.  Although Rebecca filed for divorce from Eric back in 2018, neither side took any action to finalize their split,  but they were actually getting ready to sign off on their divorce decree so that Rebecca could marry Peter.  That changed when Eric got the sad health news, and now Rebecca is putting her marriage plans and romance on pause as she navigates this latest chapter. Apparently Rebecca wants her two children with Eric to spend as much time with him as possible, so she keeping the marriage intact in a non-romantic way for now.
