   The surgery is fine tuning. He had gastric bypass surgery ahwile back and lost tons of weight. Lately he ate too much and now his small stomach stretched out a bit so apparently it can be tightened up again.

   i can’t figure out of that posting is tongue in cheek or not. Seems unreal that he would really go in for surgery.

   I’m wondering if 20 lbs. really necessitates more surgery?
