Our favorite artist, Norman Korpi, from the original cast of MTV’s The Real World, is currently displaying his latest work at Palm Springs Modernism Week and it is, indeed, modern to say the least! He was inspired by paint chip colors and the names companies give them, and created his own colorful collection of work based on revising the titles. He also put together a 200 page art book (Techno-Color Reflections) currently on Kickstarter, to be released in 2024. The book and “Paintings” (still in their liquid state in the cans!) are on display at PEEPAS on Palm Canyon Drive. You have to see it to believe it. And Norm will be there IN PERSON today! Out of town fans can visit www.peepasps.com. Can you afford Norm’s outrageous new art? Maybe… give it a look.
