NOBODY BELIEVES THAT GEORGINA CHAPMAN WAS AN INNOCENT VICTIM

The Hollywood Reporter asked “Can Marchesa survive the Harvey Weinstein scandal?” We think not. Harvey’s estranged wife Georgina Chapman hopes to keep her fashion brand alive, but we think she’s beating a dead horse. Although she still has friends in the design world, most people in Hollywood believe she knew exactly what kind of person she was marrying in exchange for him promoting her business in the film industry. They made a deal. Harvey forced actresses to wear his wife’s gowns and they haven’t forgotten. No one believes that Georgina was unaware of her husband’s abominable behavior. Who would be caught dead in a Marchesa dress now?
