In 2023, after several years away from Hollywood, Meg Ryan directed and starred in the film What Happens Later with David Duchovny. The movie got some not-so-hot reviews and only grossed 3 million dollars. But don’t feel bad for Meg- she has found major success as a real estate flipper . She has been quietly buying houses -east coast and west cost-  she and her renovation team update the homes and resell them for huge profit. So far she has successfully flipped 9 properties – recently she sold the  Montecito home she bought for 5.5 million and after improvements she sold it for 13.25 million – that’s almost 8 million in profit.  Who needs Hollywood?
