There’s something about falling down an escalator that everyone can relate to. The band Battles with Gary Numan, wrapped their video “My Machines”http://www.omgblog.com/ around a brilliant stuntman whom we hope had padding under his clothes. We couldn’t take our eyes off him.

Love Numan. Saw him a few years ago; still puts on a great show. Stays after and talks with the fans and signs things. Quite gracious, although still shy. Signed Very Carefully for the girl that had gotten a tattoo of Tubeway Army, asked Numan to sign below it and was getting that inked the next day before she drove 200 miles to see his next show (no, it was not me)

Another diagnosed Aspie who was way ahead of his time. His music is still cutting edge and his live shows are the best. There is tons of excellent footage on youtube of his live shows from 1980 till last night.
Since Joey Ramone had to go this guy is the real rock and roll messiah.
Loud, hard and fast. Some smart promoter here needs to get this guy headlining an arena tour.
