Every year around the holidays you will see photos of smiling celebrities, some holding plates of food, as they volunteer at the LA Mission downtown feeding the homeless. Are they actually working – washing dishes or clearing tables? Or are they simply eye candy? Most important – would they show up at all if the paparazzi weren’t there to document their generosity? Lisa Rinna and her cute daughters Delilah and Amelia don’t exactly look overworked…

Most of the celebrities that work at the LA Mission are for show. They keep them in one little area. I worked that one once and it was too “Hollywood”, When I worked the Midnight Mission Gary Sinise and another actor (I can’t think of his name) would always be there and work it. They never wanted or got special treatment.
No doubt they vanished five minutes after the cameras did. 😀
Their aprons are spotless. That tells you how involved they were in the prepping, cooking and serving of food. Shameful.
Some pretty wee lasses
Only a photo op not the real deal.
