According to a well-placed source, Kim is alarmed by Ye’s recent off the rails behavior, including praising Nazis and spending $8 million on a Super Bowl ad to sell T-shirts with swastikas. Kim plans to cite case law, including the conservatorship of Britney Spears as precedent. Since she’s not a member of the BAR yet, Kim has retained an attorney to protect the interests of her kids with Kanye.
