According to my source, some in Justin’s camp (including his sensible wife Jessica Biel) are suggesting he own up to the charges and take his medicine like a man. Others close to him are telling him to fight, fight, fight, and use every legal trick in the book to get the charges dropped. My source says that publicly Jessica will stand by her husband and support whatever he decides, but privately she fears that fighting the charges will keep the story alive longer and cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees. Only time will tell what Justin decides.
