Justin Bieber, 25, must have made quite an impression on other shoppers at expensive jewelry stores in Beverly Hills this weekend, because they had an excellent view of his underpants! Salesclerks kept their thoughts to themselves, but this peculiar fashion choice IS in remarkably bad taste.

    The sag pants look originated in prisons, it’s a way of prisoners letting other inmates know that you are interested in some backdoor action, if these young ones knew, they might stop sagging their pants.
