Justin Baldoni might have an ace up his sleeve in his seemingly endless battle with his former costar Blake Lively – and that ace just happens to be named Taylor Swift!  According to our source, Justin plans on subpoenaing Taylor and all of her correspondence with Blake as it relates to their feud.  (Is that even legal?) The source continues that the subpoena has already been written but the lawyers are waiting for the most opportune time to serve Taylor.  Justin apparently believes the last thing in the world that Blake wants is to drag Taylor into this mess and that this could be the key to putting the case to rest once and for all. These frivolous self-serving lawsuits are making both actors involved look bad, and hopefully Taylor can keep her distance…
