John Stamos, 54, has plenty to smirk about. He just returned from Arizona where he was honored for his work with a children’s charity. In December he announced that his fiancée, actress/model Caitlin McHugh, 34, is expecting their first baby next spring. For the past few years, the Fuller House star has been touring and performing with The Beach Boys. Will this mean the end of his rock star aspirations?
