Jeremy “Hot Felon” Meeks and his Topshop heiress girlfriend/baby mama Chloe Green haven’t been seen together for a couple of months but he insists they have not broken up. This weekend, however, Chloe was spotted romping with a muscular Monte Carlo polo player on her father’s huge yacht on the Mediterranean. The same yacht where she romped with Jeremy last year. Their friends say Chloe and Jeremy are “still friendly” and in contact. While Chloe cavorts, Jeremy is in Beverly Hills, having lunch at Il Pastaio, and tipping the valet with a twenty dollar bill for his new Range Rover. He still has expensive habits…
