The state of their marriage remains up in the air, but whether she stays married or gets divorced, Jennifer Lopez is staying in Los Angeles. Jen and her estranged husband Ben Affleck recently listed their newly purchased Beverly Hills home for $68 million, and although they haven’t sold it yet, Ben has already moved on, purchasing a $20 million home on LA West side. Although Jen is spending most of her time in NYC and the Hamptons this summer, she has a real estate agent touring high-end luxury condominiums in LA for her. If she and Ben split, she’s likely to divide her time between Miami, New York, and Los Angeles and feels a condo in the Beverly Hills area with security will perfectly suit her needs. She hasn’t found anything yet, but is looking in the $15 million range.
