Seems like a LOT of people in Hollywood are nervous about the upcoming Sean Diddy Combs trial. Jennifer Lopez has just been informed that she will likely be called as a witness in the trial of her ex-boyfriend. According to my well-placed source, J.Lo was approached by the Feds to sit down for an interview but she declined, citing her fifth amendment rights. Keep in mind, Jennifer is NOT a defendant in the case – ONLY a witness. She had every right to refuse to talk to the Feds during their investigation into Diddy, but if she IS served a subpeona, she will have NO CHOICE but to take the witness stand. And talk.
